I’m Jewish and grew up with a love of chicken soup. And also being Jewish, I have a love of Chinese food.  This is both, in one delicious & easy to make bowl.  The recipe is here.

What’s not to like? We take all the wonderfulness of a caprese salad but turn into a grilled cheese with a little garlic aioli to go with it. I’m in love – and here’s the recipe.

We had a crazy good poblano soup at my nephew’s wedding in Mexico, and of course decided to come home and try to make it ourselves.  Hopefully you’ll like it as much as we did…and it’ll be good warm, cold or room temp.  Here’s the recipe.
