Another round of cooking tonight and we’re going to step back and let Doug and Teri handle their business. Seriously, what other show does their cooking live? What other show pits their viewers against one another in an epic battle in the kitchen?

First the good: cauliflower pizza crust with a spinach, goat cheese, and garlic topping; JD’s Salsa in seconds, and the livecast nation.

Then the bad: timing, technical issues, and moods.

It’s been 183 episodes and we can’t get all of them perfect. None have been this discombobulated since episode 1 (the one we refuse to show online) and we’re just thankful the food rocked. Thanks for tuning in Livecasters, don’t forget about the second round of our epic cooking competition Wednesday. Trust us, if it’s as fun as it was last week we’re going to be in for one amazing ride.

Are you having trouble making your dates better? Don’t worry, we got you covered. The easiest way to turn them from boring to amazing is by wrapping them in bacon and stuffing them with blue cheese. Seriously, try it with your next batch of dates, you’re going to love it. Okay, all puns aside, you really can spruce up your dates (the fruit) by simply giving them a salty spin to contrast their semi-sweet taste. Best of all, it’s really simple. If we can do it in front of a live studio audience at Fixtures Living, you can definitely do it in your home for your guests.

You have NO idea how excited we are about The Sam Livecast Cooking Competition. Tonight we have Andy Knowles vs. Carol Vey in our inaugural round. It was a ton of fun and believe me when I say this: they brought it.
