Well, once again our A.D.D. was on full display yet we still managed to deliver an awesome show. After we started with a little bit of Sam’s thoughts we dove right into a conversation with the editor of www.thedailymeal.com, Art Bovino. He gave us the inside scoop on NYC’s best bathrooms and talked more food/eating with Sam. We closed the show with Sam making an unbelievable Gnocchi with bacon. We’re back tomorrow night at 6 PM pacific time so don’t miss out!

We love Mondays! Another great start to the week and a ton of fun on the Livecast. Tonight we talked grilled vegetables (while Sam actually grilled some cauliflower and brussels sprouts), Sam’s TV shoot at the DSC morning show, Sam and Steve’s diet/weight, the GoPro contest and Julia Childs’ birthday. We finished off the show with Sam wok-ing his unreal Black Bean Chicken and Noodles. We’ve got a great week of shows and A LOT to talk about so tune in on Wednesday and Thursday!

Tonight’s Livecast was smooth and fun, the way we like our Fridays (your Thursdays). We started by showing you a cool tea ball that blossomed into a flower, flipped through some really cool pictures of sandwiches, learned what knives to get and how to use them and finished the show with Sam making an amazing Shrimp Fooyung. Tune in next week for more fun and don’t forget your submissions for the GoPro camera contest! Deadline is Wednesday night. Cya next week!

On the show tonight we saw a French chef get down and dirty in the Colorado outdoors, watched Sam and Blue Steel (Steve) fail miserably at the Saltine cracker challenge, talked about how ridiculous bikers (as in bicycle) can be on the road, and cooked up a delicious, easy and quick roasted red pepper soup, despite the fact it might have gotten a little messy.

The Livecast nation wanted a longer show and tonight we gave it to you. In almost 70 minutes we covered Bobby Flay being written into the storyline of Entourage, we watched the dogs on their GoPro cams and we were horrified by the dancing squid. Lynn and Sam ate canned escargot (ok Sam didn’t quite finish his) and we finished up with an amazing No Mayo Potato Salad that you have to make.

What a night.
