Shrimp Louie

Ep251 – Even though two out of three of us on the Livecast didn’t know what a Shrimp Louie was, we can definitely say it was a pleasant surprise. A pile of shrimp sits atop a mountain of freshly chopped romaine and a homemade thousand island-like dressing. It’s almost too good to be called a salad. Don’t forget to use that little bit extra shrimp mixture in a roll for a quick an easy sandwich.
