Episodes

Believe it or not but we’ve made it to Livecast #50! We all felt great hitting that milestone so we started the show with a little mix of champagne and Guinness Draft (called a Black Velvet). From there we immediately dove into the Egg Week festivities, starting with Sam showing us how to properly boil eggs right at the broadcast desk. After some food network talk (wait till you see Sam’s new Guy Fieri knife), some fun egg facts, an awesome short film preview called “Eat”and suggestions for Sam’s Halloween costume, we closed the show with Sam’s unbelievable Chicken/Egg Salad. We’re back tomorrow for our Friday (your Thursday) with lots more fun so don’t miss out! See you tomorrow people.

Welp, it’s Egg Week bitches! Tonight we kicked off the egg-stravaganza with one of Sam’s favorite creations, a runny egg over top of white rice with Japanese mayo. After that we talked about everything–from the crew and their titles to Casey Anthony’s parents. We even checked out Sam’s favorite food scene from the movie Goodfellas. After that we watched the next installment of “Who eats this shit?” (with a very “special” sandwich from Denny’s), and then closed the show out with two (count ‘em TWO) egg recipes: a Popeye and a fried egg sandwich. We’re back live on Wednesday with the 50th episode of The Sam Livecast. We’ve managed to make it this far, I think we must be doing something right ;) Don’t miss out, see ya Wednesday!

Tonight’s show was short and sweet but definitely still a lot of fun. We started off the show with Sam’s roasted tomatoes (which we used at the end of the show in another dish), learned (or more like saw) how to field dress a dead animal, evaluated the taste of a crazy cocktail, and finally made a delicious and simple salad to close out the show. We can’t wait to get back in the studio next week and we have A LOT to talk about so we’ll cya then! Enjoy the weekend Livecast nation.

Tonight’s Livecast was all about Lox and Sam made three unbelievable dishes. We started the show with the famous “Mom’s Lox dip”, created by none other than Sam’s mom. Then, we ventured into Steve’s Univision debut and had a hilarious chat with our resident food blogger, Art Bovino from “The Daily Meal” blog and finished the show with a couple insanely creative and Lox inspired dishes (Lox/Eggs/Onions and Grilled Fontina and Lox). We’re back tomorrow night (our Friday, your Thursday) with another show, including the tour of Sam’s fridge. Hope you all had a great hump day and we’ll see you tomorrow!

Damn it feels good to be back in the studio! After a long Labor Day weekend followed by the San Diego power outages we came back with a bang tonight. We kicked off the show with Sam’s “Pizza things” and then immediately dove into the fun that is The Sam Livecast. We even had super-fan Blake Puente in the house working his Photoshop magic and making us all laugh. After we checked out the Denny’s Mac N Cheese sandwich and other random stuff we closed out the show with Sam’s Salt and Pepper Shrimp. We are so glad to be back and we’re gonna bring the heat this week so don’t miss out!
