Thanks for making it available later. I will be on a loooong flight to Spain– wishing I had good TV or good food. I am looking forward to watching these with my clients who have developmental disabilities (we are going to start watching your shows prior to our cooking classes). You are so much fun and truly an inspiration. Perhaps you can come and teach a class in person someday!
By the way, we sometimes cook meals that can be shared by man and beast (pet dogs)– top that!

Well, if I can’t get you on a Long Island station, at least I will be able to watch your livecast. Thanks for coming up with the idea!

Such a great idea, I’ve been a fan of yours for years. You are entertaining as hell and create meals that the average Joe can recreate at home. So excited for the live cast and super happy that I will actually be able to interact with you.

Can’t tell you how much I am looking forward to this since I can no longer get your program on my far too expensive cable.

    What channel? ? ? ? ?

Here in San Diego I can’t get you on Direct TV as there is no channel 4. What to do?

JJ, Lynn the Technology Guy here (Sam’s going to hate me for using that title). Tune in right here at http://www.thesamlivecast.com. About 15 minutes before we go live, the page will show the broadcast. We’ll have cameras rolling about 10 minutes prior.

Great idea, especially for your East Coast fans, but if you say shit just because you can say shit then I won’t let my 11 year old watch the livecast…just sayin’

This Maine-i-ac has enjoyed your shows (when I was getting them), love your books and think the “livecast” is a terrific idea, but I probably won’t be able to participate (I’m old; it’s past my bedtime). So, how can I access archived programs?

Hi Betsy, no problem if you miss it! We’ll have ALL the shows archived on our site. Just simply pick one and watch it the next morning. If you’re into podcasts you can subscribe to that as well.

Agree — just because you can say sh#t doesn’t mean you have to and doesn’t add anything to the show. What’s wrong with having a little class.
