On the show tonight we’ve got the exceptionally creative and talented owners of the MIHO Gastrotruck, probably the best food truck that San Diego has to offer. Not only do we have the owners coming, but we’re gonna have the whole damn truck parked right outside Sam’s house cookin’ up a storm.     Sam…Can you do a segment on cooking with an electric stove? I find that what I can cook and how I cook is vastly different than those who have gas. For example…guidance on what types of pans we should/shouldn’t use on electric versus gas. Thx Sam! :)
