Udon, in the wok, is amazing. I know, I know udon goes in soup usually right? Not today. We stirfry it with some homegrown mustard greens, some ribeye steak, and a great Korean hot sauce. So hot and delicious for those cold rainy nights. Do it. OY ABSINF.
