Ep217 – Tonight we talk with the guys at MIHO Gastrotruck, a super popular and successful food truck here in San Diego. They got a great holiday product to show and they are talking about the food truck industry as well as what their future plans are. Of course, there’s still cooking tonight and Sam makes an incredible pepperoni pasta from the stuff in the fridge. The lesson here is that you’ve always got a great meal waiting for you if you get a little creative and put in some thought to it!
