After a great weekend the Livecast crew is back (minus Sean the Mute)! We started off tonight’s show with some discussion about Bluefin Tuna, which Sam received fresh from his friend’s boat the night before. After we checked out a clip from Sam’s TV show (where he went out to the Bluefin Tuna “farms”), we talked a bit with guest San Diego food blogger Caron Golden ( and tasted the amazing homemade tortillas she brought to the studio. Oh, we also had a ridiculous “can you name this national anthem?” contest. After that Sam put together a deliciously fresh mango salsa, he seared some of the Bluefin tuna, and then used the tortillas to put together some unbelievable seared tuna tacos. We’re back on Wednesday with more fun so we’ll see you then!
