    I don’t find time to watch The Livecast as often as I’d like…probably because I know it will always be there when I have time to sit down and indulge…but, when I do, I so love your shows! It’s always new and so interesting! The Pho sounds so easy…doesn’t sound so filling, as you proclaimed, but perfect for suggested eating patterns…5-6 small meals a day. And there are some interesting things you can do with the fatty tails you sliced off the ribeye slivers…burritos! Rice, beans, salsa, etc.

    Still think Kelly looks like the lady in the bathtub in the commercial.

    Red pepper flakes in a pepper mill Iif you have more than one) is a great way to finish so many of your recipes…
