Like nearly every recipe that we do on this show – this is not your Grandmother’s egg salad sandwich. Combine Japanese mayo and crispy bacon strips with our beloved Sriracha, and before you know it you have one seriously elevated sandwich that will put to shame anything that you’ve had before.

    I am already a HUGE siracha fan but now I have to find the Japanese mayo! Did you really pick up that dead fly and then immediately make a sandwich??? Whatever, I don’t care. Keep up the good work, Sam! Can’t wait for the late night siracha snack!

    Yuck! Wash your hands!!!! BTW…love your recipes. Had the soft boiled egg with avocado on toast this a.m. for breakfast. Really good.

      probably gathered that we love Mexican food. You can see exepmlas of that here, here, herea0and here. Mexican flavors are so versatile. Sometimes I think I could eat Mexican food everyday of the week
