The final installment of canned tuna week is exclusively in the kitchen, and you know when Sam is putting that much time into the cooking its going to be great, or a disaster – one never really knows.     I love this recipe. My family loves crab cakes but it’s a special trip to get crab. I made this last night and everyone loved them. For what its worth, I do a decent job cooking but your recipes make me look like a chef.
