You’ve heard of a lobster roll? It’s basically lobster salad in a hot dog bun. This is sort of the same thing except with crab – hence the name. And hence the lower price…

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce (the ketchupy kind)
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced fine
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, rough chopped
  • Juice of a fresh lime
  • Hot dog buns

Steps

  1. In a bowl mix the crab with the celery, cilantro, chili sauce and lime juice
  2. Pile the crab meat mixture into the hot dog bun and eat
