Episodes

Hey livecasters, we are proud to present The Sam Livecast Ep30. Holy moly, 30 episodes. We want to thank you fans for tuning in and watching us on a weekly basis, and we look forward to giving you many, many more episodes.

On this episode Sam talks about people using coins at the supermarket. We’re not talking like a dime or a nickel to make sure you get back even change, we’re talking about straight up coin purse, slowly counting, and holding up the line. Sam makes a killer breakfast thing called “The Kaplan Special” (melty onions, tomatoes, and Worcestershire).

Don’t forget to take our survey. It’s important that we know what you think about the show. This way we can make it better and more awesome for you.

Livecasters! What a crazy week we’ve had. Thank you for watching us and letting us entertain you with all of our antics. Tonight we FINALLY talk about polenta: a very versatile food you can get pre-made at the super market. For another segment of “Who Eats this Shit?” Sam and I eat a canned roast beef. Mmm. Not. Finally to celebrate the end of July, our fair season, we make some homemade kettle corn. A little sweet, a little salty, and a lot of flavor. Thanks for tuning in this week. We’ll see you next Monday.

Hello from Livecastland. Today our episode gets stupidly funny, slightly awkward, and outrageously funny. Sam talks about a contraption he found at the store, the strangest commercial ever, and then makes a sandwich that will blow your mind. You will probably think we’re crazy dumb for making it but it’s too simple to pass up. You just have to try it before you knock it, believe me on this one.

On tonight’s episode we rag on Guy Fieri and the Food Network. We read some fan mail and some hate mail. And then, Sam makes the most killer looking scallops ever. Seriously, I’m going to go make this dish over the weekend.

Seriously, Haggis? What the heck. I’d rather eat dog food than try that again. If you want to watch Sam and I down some nasty stuff, tune in. No wait, sorry, that’s not a good advertisement. Tune in because Sam talks with Art Bovino from The Daily Meal, a food blog from New York City. We talk the progression of food trucks there and what that might have in store for San Diego’s booming food truck scene here. Also, Sam cooks up a delicious fridge fried rice (yup, a tasty dish from your leftovers from the fridge) in an elongated cooking segment.

Thanks for watching and tune in again on Monday for another show.
