What happens when you ask your fans what they want to see in the dish tonight? We asked the Livecast nation to pick and we ended up with pizza dough, mushrooms, cheetos, shrimp, and bacon. If you’re scratching your head about what good could possibly come out of that, Sam did too. Tune in to see what he ended up with.

What do you do when weather gives you rain and gloom? You make hearty soup and stay in your room. And what happens when you film a cooking show in your own home? You can do anything you want, even remain on your throne. That’s just what Sam did on a wet Monday night. And he made a tasty sausage noodle soup, for every livecaster’s delight.

Yes, everything rhymed. Except for these last two sentences.

On the final day of “Pasta Week” Sam brings you a brilliant kitchen shortcut to circumvent boiling water and waiting for pasta to become perfectly al dente. Also, he makes a killer salmon and pea cream sauce and a spicy Asian-inspired peanut sauce. We look forward to bringing you the best in talk, food, and entertainment. Keep tuning in and watching/listening to us livecasters! We appreciate it (also participate during the show on Facebook: http://facebook.com/samthecookingguy).

Hey livecasters, tonight we make a beautiful blackberry margarita in celebration of “National Margarita Day” (we don’t really need an excuse to drink one). Sam finishes the show by putting together a mustard green pasta with fragrant homemade croutons. As always, it’s simple, delicious food with huge flavor.

Tonight we prove that the Livecast is not only entertaining, whacky, and a bit irreverent, but it can be educational as well. Tonight, with a bit of a fortuitous mistiming on Sam’s part, we end up with two sensational dishes. Pasta Puttanesca is an amazingly simple, fragrant, and delicious pasta you can do to mix things up. Also, Sam shares a mouth-watering bell pepper, onion, sour cream, and green salsa sauce that you can top over any fish in about 10 minutes. Oh, the educational part? We tell you what beeturia is…
