The Livecast team closes out ‘Dumping Week’ with an Asian classic that may have seemed nearly impossible to make at home prior to watching this show. In true Sam fashion, rather than make just shrimp or just pork, he had to combine them together into one epic Asian dumpling. Here’s the recipe.

Chicken and Dumplings

Ep244 – Dumpling Week continues with an American classic. Not to be confused with ‘chicken dumplings’, this old-school comfort food will easily have you coming back for more (I just finished the leftovers two days later and it was just as good). You’ll won’t have a problem whipping this up for family and friends and you’ll have even less of a problem with the praise you’ll surely receive.

Quick Pierogies

Ep243 – Dumpling Week is here! Before we dip into Sam’s favorites (Asian-style, of course) we decided to highlight the Polish version of this tasty treat. These potato and cheese stuffed dumplings will be the perfect appetizer for any event you’re attending or hosting. Grilled onions and sour cream give this dish some excitement and manage to deliciously tie all the flavors together. More unique recipes coming your way to stay tuned!

Ep242 – We thought we would finish up pasta week with something a little unexpected.  Potato Gnocchi – boiled then pan-fried and tossed with a tangy tomato paste and savory basil pesto. Simple, quick and super delicious – just what you’d expect from us.

Ep241 – Pasta week continues with this not-so-traditional asian pasta dish. Couscous, red peppers, snap peas and delectable grilled tuna all come together with a simple dressing to become a salad to impress your family and friends. We love bringing you Livecast shenanigans three times a week so make sure to get your fill!
