Ep240 – Pasta week is here and we bring in the new week with an amazing recipe. Crimini, oyster and portabello mushrooms – you may not have tasted each of these delectable varieties, but the time has now come to branch out and make this unbelievable recipe. Simple and delicious yet always with that Livecast flare, bring this dish to the table and you’ll see spaghetti and fettucini become a thing of the past.
Ep239 – We close out Chinese New Year week with another (reasonably) healthy take on a classically unhealthy fried dish – honey walnut shrimp. Normally these crispy shrimp are cooked in hot oil, but in the spirit of Sam’s ‘never-fry-anything-because-its-too-damn-smelly’ mantra, we decided we’d rather throw them into a pan for just a little color. Simple and of course, delicious. Here’s the recipe.
You’ll find the Chinese astrology website we discussed here.

Ep238 – It’s another installment of Chinese New Year week and we bring you an interesting recipe called Longevity Noodles. These are essentially long noodles with an assortment of vegetables and flavors that all come together in a warm bowl of goodness.
Ep237 – It’s Chinese New Year week and we’re starting with a couple of our favorites from past shows. Enjoy this semi ‘best of’ episode and get ready for new recipes to celebrate the new year later on this week.
Ep236 – We conclude the world tour amazingness of breakfast week with BFR. After taking a trip to the fluffy pancake canyons of Germany and stopping off in Mexico for some huevos grandes, our final destination is East Asia for this breakfast version of Sam’s fridge fried rice.
