Its our Friday (your Thursday) and things were back to normal in the Livecast world. Steve was gone for the night so we had Shannon (who shoots Sam’s TV show) fill in and she did a great job. After starting the show with a cocktail we dove right into some talk about the crew. We then took a whole bunch of viewer questions, saw a crazy dude on the internet eat a live scorpion, and finally closed with Sam’s bacon-wrapped scallops. We’re back on Monday with more fun so have a great weekend, cook something new, and tell your friends about the show! Later people.

Tonight wasn’t quite a normal Livecast but it was still very entertaining and a lot of fun. We had Chef Paul McCabe of Kitchen 1540 and Chef Matt Gordon from Urban Solace in the house to tell us all the things they hate the most about owning and running a restaurant. It was some really cool conversation. After that Sam made an unbelievable grilled tofu that is probably something you haven’t seen before. You NEED to break out of the box and try it if for some reason you think that tofu is not for you. We’ve got another great show tomorrow night (back to normal) so tune in for some more Livecast madness.

Well its our Friday (your Thursday) and even though we had to pre-record the show it was still a lot of fun. We started the show with a cocktail made by Fernet – a type of amaro, a bitter, aromatic spirit. After that we checked out Maxim’s list of the 5 “hottest” female chefs and talked about Rachel Ray making her audience pay for her magazines. Then we closed out the show with Sam’s delicious and easy ice cream sandwich dessert. We’re back next week with a lot more fun so be sure to check back in! We’ll also be doing some more themed shows, taken from your suggestions, so be sure to let us know what you’d like to see. Cya next week!

Tonight we started off the show with Sam putting together his signature white (as opposed to red) enchiladas. We also had a guest blogger in the house, Marie from www.meanderingeats.com. After we sat down we took some suggestions for new themed shows (everything from garlic week to avocado week to Thai week), we discussed the proper etiquette for tipping and what you should do when faced with bad service. Then we saw what a flaming Mexican coffee is all about and then heard what Sam would do when in trouble with the Mexican drug cartels (huh???). We’re back tomorrow for our Friday (your Thursday) and another great show so we’ll see you then!

‘Ello ‘ello! Tonight was British Food day at The Sam Livecast and man was it a lot of fun. We started the show with Sam making a Shepherd’s Pie, sipping on some Boddington’s pub ale straight from Great Britain and showing us his great (not really) British accent. After that we checked out some articles from the “Union Jack”, saw a few banned British commercials, saw the costumes that Sam used in his Halloween TV show, and introduced the new Sam Livecast Google+ hangout. We did the next installment of “Who eats this shit?” and then finally pulled the Shephaerd’s pie out of the oven and went to town. We’re back on Wednesday with another great show so we’ll see you then! Hope the start of your week is going well Livecast nation, peace out.
