Tonight’s Livecast was all about Lox and Sam made three unbelievable dishes. We started the show with the famous “Mom’s Lox dip”, created by none other than Sam’s mom. Then, we ventured into Steve’s Univision debut and had a hilarious chat with our resident food blogger, Art Bovino from “The Daily Meal” blog and finished the show with a couple insanely creative and Lox inspired dishes (Lox/Eggs/Onions and Grilled Fontina and Lox). We’re back tomorrow night (our Friday, your Thursday) with another show, including the tour of Sam’s fridge. Hope you all had a great hump day and we’ll see you tomorrow!

Damn it feels good to be back in the studio! After a long Labor Day weekend followed by the San Diego power outages we came back with a bang tonight. We kicked off the show with Sam’s “Pizza things” and then immediately dove into the fun that is The Sam Livecast. We even had super-fan Blake Puente in the house working his Photoshop magic and making us all laugh. After we checked out the Denny’s Mac N Cheese sandwich and other random stuff we closed out the show with Sam’s Salt and Pepper Shrimp. We are so glad to be back and we’re gonna bring the heat this week so don’t miss out!

Finally, we’re back! It was a nice, long Labor Day weekend and man does it feel good to be back in the studio. Tonight we started the show with a little Gran Centenario, then moved into checking out Sam’s new Vertical Earth Garden, and whipped up some FRESH pesto with cashews from it. We finally finished the show by grilling shrimp with the pesto we made earlier. We’re back tomorrow for our Friday (your Thursday) so we’ll cya then!

This show just keeps getting better and better and we have YOU to thank for that. We’ve been getting the most amazing online response from the Livecast nation and it really couldn’t make us any happier. Tonight we talked about our new sponsor Fixtures Living (www.fixturesliving.com), made a couple dishes with spinach, saw Sam and Lynn struggle through the next installment of “Who eats this shit???” and even started a new part of the show where we check out cool food scenes from movies. We’re off for the long weekend and we’ll be back on Tuesday so we’ll see you then! Happy Labor Day weekend people.

Tonight was quite a show and we decided to start it off a little differently. Instead of a cocktail, Sam went straight into showing the Livecast nation the wonders of Jerusalem Artichokes (Sunchokes). They’re kind of like potatoes, but different in a good way. After that we saw the video of the completely crazy mom from the Dr. Phil Show using hot sauce as punishment. Then we learned the best ways to use ginger oil and finally closed the show out with Sam’s unique Banana Bread French Toast (BBFT). We’re back tomorrow night with Art Bovino from www.thedailymeal.com so don’t miss out!
