It’s Monday and we are SO happy to be back! Tonight we started off the show a little different. Instead of a cocktail, Sam threw together a Roasted Red Pepper Artichoke dip that was actually the best I’ve ever had. Sam discussed the chicken fried steak he made for the DSC morning show and informed us about what he believes are the proper tipping practices. We threw out some Facebook shout-outs, and finally closed out the show with Sam’s signature warm spinach salad. We’ve got another great week of Livecasts coming your way so make sure not to miss out! We’ll see you on Wednesday people, have a good week.

Well once again its our Friday (your Thursday) and the Livecast was a lot of fun. We started off the night looking into the best of what the vending machine world has to offer, then learned about the wonders of “ready-bacon”, and finally finished off the show using our new found bacon skills to make a delicious Bacon Guacamole with baked wontons for dipping instead of tortilla chips. It was a great week of shows and we hope you guys had as much fun as we did! Next week we’ll be giving away a bunch of “Sam” gear so don’t miss out. We’ll see you next week people, enjoy the weekend.

Ep40 – Corn Day!

Tonight we started off the Livecast a little different than normal. Instead of an actual cocktail Sam whipped up a marinade for the Grilled Chili-Lime corn we threw on at the top of the show. We also showed a hilarious local furniture commercial, starring Ms. Paula Dean, and then turned the grilled corn into a beautiful corn salad. We’re back tomorrow for our end-of-the-week show so don’t miss out!

Sup Livecasters, it’s good to be back. The weekend feels so long without a livecast. Tonight we check out the brisket that Sam started to smoke in the morning (one word: wow), we look into a little feud going on with Paula Deen and Anthony Bourdain, and finally we make a decadent Banana’s Foster (our first livecast dessert I believe).

Well it’s our Friday (your Thursday) and tonight we decided to hook the Livecast nation up with a 70 minute show. We started with Sam showing us how to make (and take) a Pickleback shot, took a quick look at the control room where Lynn, Sean and I do our thing, tore apart a deli chicken and then used that chicken to make an unbelievably easy and delicious BBQ chicken pizza. I hope you can’t wait till Monday’s Livecast because neither can we! We’ll see you next week people, enjoy the weekend.
